How it Works?
1.-Come to the Safe ABOGADOS. Tu Abogado a Pie de Calle, offices, no appointment is necessary, you may, however, make an appointment should you wish to do so.
2.-We discuss your case, whatever it may be and you fill out a form.
3.-If possible, we will resolve your query immediately if not we will do so verbally within a period of twenty-four hours.
4.-Pay for your consultation. If we resolve your query at the first consultation, immediate payment is due, if not then 50% is due on the first visit with the remaining 50% payable on the second.
Cost?
A consultation costs from €49 + VAT*.
* Legal clerk fees, power of attorney for collections and lawsuits, delivery, presentation and revision of documents not included.

Verbal consultations
We aim to offer a verbal consultation immediately, or, if this is not possible, within twenty-four hours.
Examples:
- You are considering a divorce and wish to know the consequences of doing so, we can advise you of those consequences and the steps to follow should you decide to go ahead with a divorce.
- You are renting a property where the tenant fails to pay the rent, we can advise you how to claim your payment and evict them.
- You have been dismissed and wish to know if your former employers had a legal right to do so or not.
- You have had a road accident and would like to know what steps to take in order to make a claim from your insurer.
- Your neighbours want to install a lift in your building, but you don’t wish to contribute as you live on the first floor and have no need of it.
- You want to inherit and want to know what to do in order to do so.
- You have problems with the neighbours’ association who do not want to pay for a repair, you believe they should as the repair is for the good of all the neighbours.
